We will follow your internal hiring processes along with utilizing our resources, internal database, and job boards (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter).

We will partner with you, as you need us, through the hiring process, from preparing the job description, optimizing for SEO, advise of market rates, background checks, etc.

• Our Recruiting team is organized by industry, which enables them to become SMEs in their specific area.
• Our Sourcing and Recruiting teams continuously source and pipeline candidates for high demand contract positions.
• Each client works with a dedicated Account Manager who is their single point of contact at W3Global. The Account Manager will work hard to understand the specific needs of the client and the company culture. The Sourcers, Recruiters, and Account Managers work as a team to find the ideal candidate.
• Our candidates are fully vetted before they’re submitted to the client—by the Sourcer, Recruiter, and Account Manager. We only submit candidates who have the right skills and personality fit for the company, and ready to interview and start a new position ASAP!
• For specialized or hard to fill jobs, W3Global runs job advertisements on popular job boards to attract applicants. Our Recruiters do the initial screening of the applicants, send potential candidates to an Account Manager for additional screening, and submit only the most qualified candidates to the employer.
