Glassdoor Confirms Highest-paying Firms In The U.K For 2021

Salesforce- the Cloud software company, is the highest-paying firm in the United Kingdom for the year-2021 according to Glassdoor-the jobs company. The research said that the employees’ average total compensation is £100,000 ($138,781) per annum.

Salesforce surpassed consultancies McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group and took the top position. These two firms were named the highest paying organisations in the last year.

According to the jobs website, Salesforce is also the best company in the U.K. to work for in 2021. This research considered unnamed reviews of firms reported by their employees on Glassdoor regarding their work environment and job.

These newest rankings, announced Friday, considered the total payout the workforce received. The payout also consisted of tips, bonuses and commission, besides the typical base wage. Glassdoor collected the information based on firms where above 30 salary reports were published on its site by their U.K. bound staff.

Man Group, the investment management company, took 2nd position on the list, with average total earnings of £93,620.

Kearney, the global management company, took 3rd place, with an average total pay of £90,661. Amanda Stansell, a data scientist at Glassdoor, said if remuneration were someone’s “key influencing factor, then go to top players in consulting, banking, and tech, which even now lead when it comes to huge earnings in the U.K.”

Reportedly, she concluded, “Bankers have always received pretty significant bonuses since successful traders can bring huge company returns and tech salaries, in particular, tend to be high because of a shortage in specialist skills such as data science and software engineering.”
